Meet
Jesus : Kingdom Power
Matthew
6:13: And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
Amen.
The Psalmist
Comments:
Psalm 145:9: The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are
over all his works.
10: All thy
works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.
11: They shall
speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;
12: To make
known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty
of his kingdom.
13: Thy kingdom
is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout
all generations.
14: The LORD
upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed
down.
15: The eyes
of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.
ACT!
God's power is directed toward you to do you good and deliver you
from evil. Let Him. Abandon a situation or relationship today that
always leads to evil and temptation. Don't show up to participate.
PRAY!
Father, assist me today with power that I and my family and friends
might be granted the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge
of You: that the eyes of our understanding would be enlightened;
that we may know what is the hope of Your calling, and what the
riches of the glory of Your inheritance afforded to us: and know
what is the exceeding greatness of Your power to us-ward who believe,
according to the working of Your mighty power: which You wrought
in Christ, when You raised Him from the dead, and set Him at Your
own right hand in the heavenly places: far above all principality,
and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named,
not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.
